We are seeking a Finance Consultant who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs navigate the complexities of finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

Create Financial Models and Statements:
- Develop comprehensive financial models and statements that align with the unique needs of each entrepreneur.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant financial standards and practices.

Advise Entrepreneurs on Finance and Accounting:
- Provide strategic financial advice to entrepreneurs, helping them make informed decisions for their businesses.
- Guide clients in understanding and managing their financial health, including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Create Business Plans:
- Collaborate with entrepreneurs to create detailed and investor-ready business plans.
- Integrate financial insights into business plans to enhance the credibility and attractiveness of the business to potential investors.

Train Entrepreneurs on Finance and Accounting:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance entrepreneurs’ understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Develop training materials and resources that simplify complex financial concepts for non-financial audiences.
Skills/Experience

Experience in Training:
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions or workshops, particularly in finance and accounting.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for entrepreneurs with varying levels of financial literacy.

1-5 Years of Experience in Finance and Accounting:
- Strong background in finance and accounting, with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in financial modeling, financial statement preparation, and business plan development.

Professional Certification is a Plus:
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, or ICAN are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development in the finance field.

Degree in Finance or Accounting is a Plus:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong academic foundation in financial principles and practices.
- MBA or advanced degree in accounting, finance, management is a plus.
