Project Manager
Kleos is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our initiatives aimed at empowering entrepreneurs and driving positive change in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and effective project execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Skills/Experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects, preferably in the entrepreneurship or social impact space.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
